Vikings Cut Randy Moss
I guess the post-game admiration of his old Patriots and the subtle mockery of the Minnesota Vikings was too much for Randy Moss to admit. The Vikings ended a brief, awfully failed experiment today when they released their freakily athletic receiver. That's right, you read that correctly. After just four weeks, the Minnesota Vikings have released Randy Moss.
That's what the NFL network and several internet sources are reporting anyway. So here's my question: is there any chance he's headed back here? It sounds extremely far-fetched, but wouldn't it be a storybook finish? Randy comes back, plays to win and not to boost his ego, become the deep threat he was in 2007, and leads us to a Super Bowl title? Hey, I'm just saying... I still love Randy. And I would like to see it happen. But by no means am I calling it a likely possibility. Either way, this is quite a shocking headline. Stay tuned, folks.

Please don't get people thinking its a good idea to bring him back. There is a reason the Pats traded him, and there is a reason the Vikings cut him. Clearly he isn't worth the trouble.
ReplyDeleteDid the legend most formally known as Kavka become the newest UB writer, with that infamous sign off line. "Stay tuned folks"
ReplyDeleteThat was, in fact, me.
ReplyDeleteKavka, you're the shit.
ReplyDeleteAnd either San Diego or the Jets get him. That's my prediction.
