Day #2 kicks off at Ultimate
The posts are starting to add up now. Nothing too crazy, but we're getting some viewers. My stat page claims we've gotten 34 first-time visitors since yesterday. Not too bad if everyone decides to be regular readers. So if you're going to read from Ultimate Boston, we appreciate it a lot. But just so everyone is clear, you can get involved and leave comments on these posts. You don't need a blogger account to do so. As you'll see when you leave it, you can log in with a number of different accounts, including an AIM account. You can try it. You can also vote in the star ratings at the end of each post. Sometimes they go with a vote at the bottom of the post. Other times it's just a simple quality rating. And you can send comments, questions, suggestions, and Ultimate Chick nominations to the email listed at the top of the page. Oh yeah, and one more thing. Stop comparing us to Barstool. Yes, we said earlier we would eventually compete with Barstool Sports. But that doesn't mean we have the same goal. We do things differently than Barstool. The biggest difference is that we want to, first and foremost, cover sports, which Barstool Sports has strayed away from a little bit. We want to do more in-depth sports coverage and leave the wacky, crazy, laugh-your-ass-off story lines to them. So if you hate our blog and think we will never beat Barstool, fine. Read Barstool, don't read ours. We don't care for the negative feedback too much.
PS -- That was one of the worst winning pitching performances I've ever seen from John Lackey last night.
