The Answer: Miley Cyrus. Like I said, someone probably got it, but I don't know because I'm not here. You can check the comments and see for yourself. Either way, Miley Cyrus needs to explanation. The whole world knows her. And when I say the whole world knows her I mean there is literally nothing I could tell you about her that everyone in the world doesn't already know. So I won't waste my breath.
