This Day in Sox History: June 11, 1995 - Red Sox Get Cheated by Steroid Man
15 years ago today, the Oakland Athletics took down the Boston Red Sox, 8-1, on Mark McGwire's 3-HR day, giving him a record 5 homers in a 2 game span. I want this win back! McGwire was a cheater! He used steroids! The A's should be stripped of this win just like USC was stripped of everything that's ever happened to them. The Red Sox should have won this game!

Ur an idiot. Simple as that. Idea for ur next article: Who would win in a fight Big Mac vs. Mo Vaughn?
ReplyDeleteVerdict: Mo Vaughn is just a tougher man for some stupid reason that u make up and wins the fight because he played in Boston for a period of his career.
Thanks for the comment. And I'm sure you'll read the next article and make some stupid comment about it. Because judging by our stat counter, this isn't your first time here and you seem to come back often. So as long as you return to this site, we make bits of money off it. So thanks. I might be an idiot, but this seems like a pretty simple way to make money to me. Must have done something right. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHow do you make money off a blogspot with no advertisements?
ReplyDeleteWell I'm not allowed to discuss exactly how we make money because with Google I had to sign off that I wouldn't tell people that information. But if you're looking at the same blog I am, there are advertisements along the right side as well as at the top just under the banner.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both anonymous. The reason why USC was stripped of its wins was because they broke the rules. Mark McGwire was not breaking any rules at the time of this game. You can not just go back with a pen and just rewrite history.
ReplyDeleteI may have been unclear with my blog post. I was making fun of the punishment on USC. I obviously don't believe the A's should be stripped of their win against the Red Sox. It was a joke on going back many years and rewriting history, which I expressed yesterday I thought was wrong to be done on USC.
