At last, a showdown between two NBA refs. And of course, we know the reason this was sparked. We had some requests to put Eddie Rush in a Cage Fight Pick 'Em after taking that punch from Pierce last night. This one will be quick, so let's hurry up and get to it.
Rush: I don't know much about either of these fighters, but I know that Eddie Rush can take a punch. He's a strong guy, and he'll let Crawford punch him in the face all day. So, he wants a stand up fight. He can take the punches and give them right back, which will lead to Crawford's demise. He can't withstand those strikes.
Crawford: Guy is widely regarded as the worst ref in the NBA. With good reason. Makes up absurd calls most of the time. Namely the ghost call on Marcus Camby this year. If he stays standing with Rush, he'll be on the ground before long.
X-Factor: Eddie Rush's ability to land strikes. If he lands strikes and avoids Crawford's takedown attempts, he wins the fight.
The Decision: Eddie Rush knocks out Joey Crawford. Who's next?
What do the fans think? Vote 1 for Crawford would still destroy Rush despite being the worst ref ever. Vote 5 for Eddie Rush gives completely absurd technical fouls but would still knock out Crawford.
